About This Hole

The opening hole is a slight dogleg left that plays downhill. It is a tough driving hole with out of bounds running down the right hand side of the fairway. The ideal tee shot is down the right side of the fairway as it slopes right to left. Players who manage this avoid finishing in the trees left, which block your second shot to the green. A short iron or wedge is all that is needed for your second shot into a green that slopes from back to front and is protected by a front left bunker. Leave your approach under the hole here and leave yourself an uphill birdie putt to kick off your round.
